Evolytics is excited to announce our structured internship program for the Summer of 2019.
Over the years, we have hired the occasional intern when the situation was right and in the Summer of 2017 we launched our first formal program with two interns. In 2018 we took a pause to focus on growing our team of full-time staff.
It was a huge year for us! We were honored to receive the 2018 award for Top Analytics Agency from the Digital Analytics Agency. Though we are still growing our team rapidly, we have had so many great intern candidates reach out to us seeking an internship for 2019, we simply can’t wait any longer.
We are excited to offer an even more robust internship program than ever before.
The internship has three pillars for aspiring analytics professionals:
- A rotational training that exposes interns to the entire data lifecycle
- A role on a client project alongside established Evolytics team members
- A customized intern project that will allow interns to showcase their leadership abilities and challenge themselves in the area of their interest
This is the same proprietary training given to all Evolytics team members which has played a key role in Evolytics’ success.
Although interns will receive rotational training, they are asked to choose one area of emphasis:
- Data Analysis
- Analytics Code Development
- Data Engineering
- Data Visualization
- Data Science
Evolytics plans to foster development in these areas by assigning client responsibilities and intern projects accordingly, embedding interns into their chosen team and establishing mentoring relationships between interns and thought leaders.
Our goal with the summer internship program is to seek out the best talent early and cultivate relationships that may lead to full-time careers. As a result we’ve developed a program with competitive compensation and world-class training.
Evolytics team members are excited about the prospect of the interns becoming long-term coworkers after students finish their education, and they have planned fun, team-building experiences accordingly.

The internship is designed to be both fun and challenging, so data-oriented juniors, seniors and masters students are encouraged to apply.
