Connecting offline and online customer experiences often feels like the Holy Grail of Analytics.  Many technologies promise to help, but without a strong technology stack integration plan and an expert implementer, businesses can end up in the frustrating situation of having more data, but fewer insights.

Evolytics’ Jim Bradley has been recognized by his peers in the Digital Analytics Association (DAA) for his success connecting offline call center data and online customer behavior data for eHealth.  This integrated view was particularly important for eHealth and its customer base of healthcare plan shoppers, who typically conduct product research online, then shift to the phone channel as they narrow their consideration set and prepare to convert.

“My technical team is smarter and more knowledgeable because they work with Jim at Evolytics. He takes the time to educate us on what’s happening with the technical integrations as the work gets done.”

Will Guimont, VP of Analytics and Reporting for eHealth

Tasked with integrating call tracking data from Invoca with web analytics data from Adobe Analytics, Jim’s project work included:

  • Gathering requirements around analysis use cases
  • Analyzing the online/offline customer journey
  • Designing the data architecture
  • Orchestrating the engineering necessary for the integration

Both technology partners gave Jim glowing reviews.

Adobe’s Rudi Shumpert, Sr. Evangelist, said, “I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Jim Bradley for many years now, and Jim exemplifies what it means to be a Top Consultant.  He has taken the time required to master his craft with years of experience and continues to expand his skills in this evolving industry of ours.”

Invoca’s Angelique Davis, Sr. Customer Success Manager, said, “Jim is smart, articulate, and has the rare ability to explain highly complex solutions in a way that aligns business goals with technical requirements.  He is extremely efficient, well organized, and his expertise is second to none.“

The integrated dataset that Jim set up revealed a host of new analytics insights for the eHealth team, and facilitated significant cost savings.

Will Guimont, VP of Analytics and Reporting for eHealth, confirmed, “My technical team is smarter and more knowledgeable because they work with Jim at Evolytics. He takes the time to educate us on what’s happening with the technical integrations as the work gets done.”

We are proud to call Jim a member of our Evolytics team, and are excited to support him in the 2020 DAA Quantie Awards.  Jim was voted a finalist for the Top Consultant award by the DAA membership, and will compete for live votes for the top prize during the Quanties ceremony on Oct 22, 2020.
